When you use our contact form, we may collect:

  • Name
  • Email address
  • Phone number
  • Information you provide yourself (job description, material, etc.)
  • Any attachments/photos you send (if relevant)

We ask that you do not submit sensitive personal data.

3. Why we process this information

We use the information to:

  • Respond to inquiries and provide quotes
  • Follow up on dialogue and agreements
  • Document communication where necessary

4. Legal basis

The processing takes place because it is necessary to follow up your inquiry and any agreements, cf. GDPR Art. 6(1)(b), and/or based on our legitimate interest in responding to inquiries, cf. Art. 6(1)(f).

5. Storage period

We store the information for as long as necessary to handle the inquiry and any follow-up, and then delete or anonymise it. If the inquiry leads to a customer relationship, information may be stored for longer in line with bookkeeping and documentation requirements.

6. Sharing of information

We do not share personal data with others unless:

  • it is necessary to deliver the service, or
  • we are required to do so by law.

7. Your rights

You have the right to:

  • access the information we hold about you
  • request correction or deletion
  • request restriction of processing
  • object to the processing
  • receive your data (data portability) where relevant

You can contact us to exercise your rights. You can also file a complaint with Datatilsynet (the Norwegian Data Protection Authority).

8. Cookies

At present we only use cookies necessary for the website to function (if applicable). If we later start using analytics or marketing cookies, we will update this policy.

9. Security

We work to protect your information with technical and organisational measures, and limit access to those who need it to follow up on inquiries.
